Information on exchanges and returns
EXCHANGING GARMENTS
Products purchased online may be exchanged within 14 days of receiving them. In the event of an error in the choice or colour of product, the shipping costs will be charged to the customer. The products must be returned in their original packaging including seal, shopper, cellophane and box.
RETURNS PROCEDURE FROM ITALY
Products purchased online may be returned free of charge within 14 days of receipt. In the case of orders below €100, the shipping costs for the return are charged to the customer and only the cost of the item is refunded. In the case of returns, we would be grateful if you could provide us with a reason to allow us to improve our service.
PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS FROM ABROAD
In this case, the cost of the return is charged to the customer.

Only the cost of the item excluding shipping costs will be refunded.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Refunds will be made upon receipt of the returned product using the same payment method used for the purchase. Only products that are intact, unused and in their original condition can be returned or exchanged. Items without a seal will not be accepted.

EXCEPTIONS ON EXCHANGES and RETURNS
Personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Shipping
Items are shipped from Monday to Friday upon receipt of payment. In the case of bank transfers, items will be shipped upon receipt of credit.
Shipments to Italy are made using express courier BRT, cost €10 and are free for orders over €100.
Shipments to countries within the European Union are made by BRT or DHL express courier and cost €35.
Shipments to countries outside the European Union are made by DHL express courier and cost €50.
